Updating existing data

Some teams began collecting Project Locations with older Project Locations Model (PLM) Excel template versions. This page describes how to transition to the current workflow before continuing with Step 1: Collect. The current workflow assumes PLM v4.

Data already on ODP

• Existing consultants should use their own copy of the existing Project Locations data. Check the PLM version used in that file. Continue updates in line with that version, or migrate to PLM v4 if required before validation.

• New consultants should directly use the newest PLM template and begin with Step 1: Collect.

Data not yet on ODP (PLM older than v4)

If the collection of Project Locations has begun with an older PLM template:

1. Download the latest PLM (v4) from the Project Locations Model.
2. Manually transfer existing data from the older template into the new file.
3. Treat the migrated PLM v4 file as your starting point for further collection or edits and continue onwards to Step 1: Collect.
